Return Policy

Fair Return Policy

We have 30 days of the Return policy for our products. If you found any problem with the product in these 30 days, please contact us.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. We typically do not accept returns due to buyer’s errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.

So please check the items before ordering, you still can contact us within 24 hours after the order was made if you want to change any order’s information (for free), we will update so do it as soon as possible.

In other cases, we do not support return for any reason such as “no more interest” or “don’t like anymore”.

How do I return a wrong or defective item?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package

Please send an email to us and include a picture of the wrong or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and take care of it right away. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. We need this information as proof to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.

Return & Refund Guarantee

If your claim is approved,  we do not require you to return the item(s) if it is in fact defective, and we will provide you the following options:

  • Exchange for a new item, we will send the replacment item(s) free.
  • Refund.

I need to cancel my order!

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Please submit an Order Cancellation Request in our Contact Us page, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it. We will always try our best to accommodate the situation, but the order may already have been shipped by the time we receive your request. We appreciate your understanding!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
