Do you offer customized items?

Yes, we offer a wide selection of customized items for some of your favorite teams.

For these customizable products, please enter your preferred Name and Number to appear by typing that text into the field indicated.

  • If there is some Special Text on your custom items, we will contact you to confirm it.
  • We usually need about 10-15 days to make custom jerseys, but sometimes it takes more time for some unexpected reasons.
  • If your order contains regular item(s) and custom item(s), we will send in stock item(s) first, and will send the custom item(s) in separate package later.
  • However, please note that customized items cannot be modified or canceled once purchased.

Why can't I find an item on your site?

If you do not see your item or size available, it means we unfortunately do not have it in stock. Please continue to review our website for up-to-date product information.

There are more than 7000 items on sale, sometimes we can't guarantee that all the items on sale are in stock. If any item in your order is sold out by the time after order is placed, we will send the in stock items first, and send the out of stock item in separate package when it is restocked or make it as custom item later.

What size should I order?

The size of our items are same as official ones. You can choose the size according to your usual size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Address or Order Item Change

Please submit an Order/Address Change Request in our Contact Us page, once an order has been made, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the requested changes. We will always try our best to accommodate the situation, but the order may already have started processing by the time we receive your request. Please be sure to always thoroughly review your order information before completing checkout. We appreciate your understanding!

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Orders are processed once payment has been received. Each item in you order may require a different processing time. This process is usually automatic, but under rare circumstances may take up to 5 business days.

If there are some Custom Jerseys in your order, we usually need about 10-15 days to make them.

If some item in your order is Sold Out, we will send the in-stock items first, and send the out of stock item(s) in separate package when it is restocked.

If factory won't produced the out of stock items recently, we will ask you for a replacement jersey, or make it as custom jersey, and send it as quickly as possible when it is ready.
